Minister of Primary, Secondary and Vocational Education, Togo

The Ministry implements the Government's policy on access to knowledge for all citizens, with regard to education at the preschool, primary, general secondary, technical and vocational levels. It develops, animates and evaluates the national policy for the promotion of preschool education, primary education and general secondary education. The Minister of Primary, Secondary and Vocational Education supervises the implementation of the Government's policy on technical education and vocational training.
