Czech National Bank

CNB is the central (central) bank of the Czech Republic, the supervisor of the financial market and the authority responsible for the crisis in the financial market. It is established by the Constitution of the Czech Republic and carries out its activities. It is a legal entity under public law with its registered office in Prague. The seven regional offices located in Prague, Usti nad Labem, Pilsen, Czech Budejovice, Hradec Kralove, Brno and Ostrava. With its own assets, including foreign exchange reserves, the CNB managed with due diligence. In its activities are only permissible under the law. CNB is part of the European System of Central Banks and contributes to the achievement of its goals and objectives. It is also part of the European system of supervision of financial markets and with the European Systemic Risk Board and the European Supervisory Authorities for the financial markets.
