Statistics Netherlands

Statistics Netherlands (CBS) enables people to have debates on social issues on the basis of reliable statistical information.The mission of CBS is to publish reliable and coherent statistical information which responds to the needs of Dutch society. The responsibility of CBS is twofold: firstly, to compile (official) national statistics and secondly to compile European (community) statistics.

Number of houses finished by ownership, client, type and number of rooms. Dwelling stock and changes in the dwelling stock. Stock recreational houses and number of places in special buildings. Data published by groups of provinces, provinces, COROP-regions, urban regions, metropolitan agglomerations and municipalities.

Municipal re-divisions as well as border corrections may induce changes in the above classifications.
