Included are persons who are registered and receiving a disability pension in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the Russian Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Russian Federal Security Service. Since January 1, 2008, included are persons who are registered and receiving a pension in the Federal Service of Punishment, Ministry of Justice and the Federal service of the Russian Federation for control of drug trafficking.
